Been lifting for a month now, lost 3 kg.
What's next, do I bulk or cut??

Huh?
You need to be 10% bf to bulk d00d.
Once you get to 10% bulk and take advtnage of 'newbie gains'.
It's not really newbie gains, it's 'dyel gains'.
the idea is that if you have no muscle, it's very very easy to put on muscle.
Like, you could lift for 10 years, starting strength, then an intermediate strength routine, then an advanced... and have 0 muscle (strength training) and still be able to do noob gains
