How the fuck do you do cardio?
I can only do the first half of pic related, 7 minutes total.
About 19-20% BF, 5'7" 185lbs.
It's a legitimate problem, I can't fucking do cardio, I feel like shit during and after, there's no happiness like there is with weights.
After the measly 7 minutes of HIIT I layed down on my bed for like 20 minutes before my heart rate went back to normal and before I could actually get up to even take a shower.
I thought weights trained the hearth without having to do cardio, was this a meme?
Reason I am doing hiit is because I have gynotits and the doctor said it was real gyno but she won't give a hormone screen or TRT or AIs or anything and i heard HIIT raised GH and test.
Never done roids, AIs, fatburners, or anything.
My heart might have been fucked from about a year of stimulant abuse along with opiate abuse which could have put strain on my heart.
About 70bpm resting, 145bpm about 5 minutes after doing the pathetic 7 minutes of hiit

HIIT will never cure your gyno, why are you doing HIIT if you obviously do not have the aerobic base to do it properly.

HIIT should help me lose weight which can help gyno look better.
Also higher test can help make gyno better.
Although it can never be cured without surgery, I'd like to do everything I can to help it get smaller.
Also gonna run exemestane at some point since it seems like the safest route to dwarf it without rebound or permanent hormone imbalance.
Aerobic base meaning previous cardio? Idk, I assumed weights would have at least helped my heart a little bit

So HIIT sounds awesome, but I have some heart conditions in the family and I'm getting older myself (30), and also was a couch potatoe until like 6 months ago. Is it save or will I have a heart attack? Can I do some Medium Intensity bullshit, like rest longer or something? Do 10 minutes only?

OP's pic isnt exactly HIIT. Proper HIIT will kill you, try something less intense until you know your limits

Nah give OP's pic a go if you think youre up for it, just don't go off and do 100m hill sprints or something like that. Your cardiovascular system will definitely get stronger over time if you work it regularly
