ok so i'm around 110 kg at 187 cm height. i got a pretty good amount of muscle mass underneath all that fat (bench 3 plates) and i'd say im around 22% BF after all this holiday overeating.
my goal is to get shredded until summer (i wanna drop down to 10% BF) so i can lean bulk and get stronger next season.
my question is should i do a crash diet and try to lose weight as soon on as possible (keto) or make a -700 deficit on IF or something? i have a huge appetite so idk maybe IF is best option?

Cut your appetite slowly.
Cutting too fast just causes your bod to catabolise muscle too quickly, and that's only if you stick to yhe diet. The bigger problem is the cycles of limiting and binging calories.

Who are you trying to fool? I benched 3 plates after 3 months of training, so that is literally nothing. (Though I did calisthenics before)
Come back when you do 4 plate bench for 10 reps.

I would go for -700. At that height and those stats you should weigh around 90kilos, so there's a quite a lot to lose tho.

lol brah i cut down from 120 kg to 90 without lifting few years ago and was a skinnyfat mess, from then i've been lifting like 4-5 years and got to this bw through time from 90 kg.
