Just started dating an Asian girl this month. Due to her shitlord shaming me out of a few bad habits, I'm actually down 4 lbs for the month.

I did a sedentary cut for 6 days straight last week and ended it when I saw I was bordering on underweight.

I spent the entire weekend eating random portions of homemade Mexican food and various confections.
