I'm having a hard time measuring my bodyfat with calipers
When I do it the proper way, measuring between the pinching fingers & my body the skin is just sliding out of my grip and I can't get an accurate measurement because it's just sliding out of my grip the whole time. We'll call the order of this grip->calipers->body

If I measure it outside of the grip (away from the body) so it's calipers -> grip->body am I still going to get an accurate reading? Because I can manage to get a proper grip then
I don't know why I can get a decent grip one way but not the other

Get someone to help you and use a picture guide. Unless you measure all 4 areas of body, its gonna be pretty inaccurate.

I had hard time learning this but doing things you don't want to do out of pity is often a bad idea. Theres no need to sacrifice yourself for something of absolutely no gain to you.
