Would it be viable to do high weight 5 reps for strength on compound lifts and then the 8-12 range for mass on isolation exercises?

well start the cycle with 90 percent of ur 1RM and dont do the deload week for the first 2 or 3 cycles, and then start doing them and you'll notice EXTREME gains

It just seems like a waste of time starting off with so low weights, can skip straight to like week 2?
