Gastroenteritis is worse.

Four days of eating nothing, vomit inducing neusea by just turning in bed. Wet diarrhea all day. Because you have nothing in your stomach due the vomiting is quite painful because the abdominal muscles contract hard to push something that isn't there up. Fucking hate this shit. And it takes maybe a week to get my apetite properly back so I can very easily lose about two weeks of gains.

Last time i had it I was about to hit 2pl8 5RM on squats. Took me a month until I was back to that level.
