Does anyone on /fit/ do cardio? I really think the way the board

I lift 3 times a week and do HIIT cardio 2 times a week. I mostly only come to /fit/ for the FPH threads. They help remind me what I could become if I stop.

I do cardio. I play sports and I just like having good lungs and shit.

I used to run but got turf toe that never fully healed. I've started biking when the weather's nice. It's pretty good, I go anywhere from 10-30 miles in a ride so can burn a decent amount of calories and with the hills on my path I can get good cardio too
My apartment has an indoor swimming pool so sometimes I do that too, idk if that counts as cardio
