Realistically, is it possible for me to still gain strength withw hile cutting so I don't have these fucking disgusting how love handles and belly fat anymore?

I tried so hard to get my squat from 95lbs to 315lbs at the cost of looking like shit. It gives me nightmares to imagine not progressing in strength at such a low level.

You're not going to gain strength, but if you keep lifting then you can at least minimize the loss. Do HIIT instead of regular cardio and do a 500cal deficit and you should be able to lose weight without losing your precious gains.

i guess it depends on the individual

was cutting with 1800-2000cal diet for 7 months and didnt really give a shit about macros.
Still gained so much strength it amazed even myself and didnt lose much muscle.
