Do you have heart issues? If yes, don't.

If no, start real low. These are 8mg tablets I believe. Taper up, tolerance builds quick.

Never take more than 24mg at a time once your tolerance is up.

And yeah, eat less. Seriously.

It isn't really a super effective shortcut in terms of raising BMR, but it will give you a but of energy and clarity in a caloric deficit and it WILL stifle your appetite.

Yeah, I've read like a 5% increase in metabolic rate at most but it's supposed to kill your appetite.

I might just start drinking more coffee, probably does the same thing.
