Had this problem for first 6 months of lifting.
I would do low weight (~30-40kg) with lots of reps because anything past that would hurt in a bad way.
I would also take a few weeks break here and there.
When returning from a break about half a month ago I had no pain at all, kept increasing weights and I'm already at 85kg with no pain.
Just keep doing squats with low enough weights to not give you pain, as many reps as you can.
