Going to start hitting the gym soon, in the meanwhile, could 3x8 diamond pushups, 4x25 sit ups, 2x50 squats and 10 minutes of jogging fuck up my muscle proportions? Am I neglecting a muscle group? I can't stand the thought of going back to being a lazy fuck. Was thinking about adding planches too. About 160 pounds and 6'1" last time I checked.

Don't make an excuse that you don't have a pull up bar, there are plenty alternatives out there. Monkey bars at a playground for example.

I-I will anon! Trust me! I'm now in the process of evaluating gyms. Bodyweight feels very satisfying but you can get more gains with dumbbells. Plus, I really need to do pull ups.

Yep, that is precisely what pushed me to go find a gym. When I found out that my meme bw exercise routine was shit and that I'd need to do pull ups and dips too, I figured that I might as well do it in the proper location. There are bars suited for both just outside my school but I'd have to go back home all sweaty.

Sounds like a pre-work out. Where's the muscle ripping?? throw some weight in there. Not going to increase your push ups by a lot by only doing push ups.
