Actually it was weird, I'm doing PPL and my pull day was fucking great, didn't drop down anything and increased my dead and row.
My push (OHP, Bench) was the fucking awful day, I'm assuming it's going to be equally as awful for legs.

Damn, very similar story here. Came back not only weak af but got tired halfway through my routine. Still haven't recovered after a week.
