Snowboarding season is now open across most mountains.
I snowboard but it's been 8 months since I last shredded and I don't wanna be exhausted on the mountain.
I figure explosive leg power, but also endurance, are a must to clear those big jumps.
What do you do in the gym to prepare for snowboarding (or skiing if you're into it)?

i never understood how people get tired. i could ride for a few days straight and feel alright.
the most i do to "prepare" is find a nice patch of ice and fall on it repeatedly to warm up my patella and ishium.
east coast is best coast.

You're supposed to tear the slope not your ligaments

the patella is a bone, fagget.

In terms of carryover, front squats have helped me the most with XC mountain biking and deadlifts have helped me the most with skiing.
Also, i noticed that a good riding season usually translates to a good skiing season. Should crush it this year desu
