Nigger just do regular dips. The fuck you need to add weight for? How many dips can you do unweighted? 10? 15? Why not aim for 20? When you do dips, you're in an unusual position and placing loads of stress on your sternum and shoulder joints. You don't need to add weight. Just focus on doing more of them. It's a bodyweight exercise for fuck's sake. If you want a weighted chest and triceps exercise, it's called BENCH PRESS.

Weighted pullups are a different story, since there's no close substitute for a weighted lat and bicep exercise. Rows, sort of, but those are more for middle and all-around back growth.

All right for tricep isolation, but why would you even need tricep isolation? Bench at various angles, do dips and close-grip pushups. All the tricep work your should need, plus some added chest work.
