I feel you OP. My severe depression and ADHD makes every day feel like a monumental struggle. It's hard just to do basic tasks that everybody else finds inconsequential.

The worst part is how hopeless it feels. Not a single treatment has helped my depression (and I've tried almost everything) or even makes it worse, and my ADHD meds have some nasty side effects and a nastier come down. I just want to give up.
