Youre doing conventionale wrong. Learn how to do abdominal bracing, properly. Find the correct hip position(its often higher then what people think) keep the bar close, and pull the slack out of the bar
Sumo is bad if youre not flexible enough, and doesnt solve your problem
I would rather die doing conventional than to suffer the shame of sumo.

>its when you do that gay foot spread thing and pick the bar up with 2" range of motion
>no, i meant what are deadlifts
>oh, uh...
>and what do you mean by range of motion? whats that?

stretch your hamstrings
Sumo is harder technique wise and requires stricter form than conventionals
I used to shit on sumo until i tried it.
Not to mention i want to be good at both

Nice memewords.
Just do what work for you OP.
Although sumo looks retarded

that's because sumo doesn't work your lower back as much. just work on conventional technique for now. only doing sumo will only cheating yourself.
