Youre doing conventionale wrong. Learn how to do abdominal bracing, properly. Find the correct hip position(its often higher then what people think) keep the bar close, and pull the slack out of the bar


Sumo is bad if youre not flexible enough, and doesnt solve your problem

i think i have problem with kkeeping bar close
and bracing fully.
but im working on it
3 months into lifting did 140kg sumo and conventional havent tried heavier yet. Felt rather easy

that's because sumo doesn't work your lower back as much. just work on conventional technique for now. only doing sumo will only cheating yourself.
