all depends on your lifestyle though and your starting weight. if you were pretty active or did some manual labor then you are obviously stronger than the average person and you will progress much faster than someone who never moves and is a skeleton.

I just used one of the calculators on the Net. Typed in stats of Arnold, Mariusz, Serge and Zane, to have some variety from smart juicers that weren't really BIG big (but still big) to BIG guys.
Serge gave me 26 with his off-season stats and 27-28 with his competition stats.
Mariusz gave me 30 on his current stats. No sense in going with his competition stats, they'd be overkill.
Arnold gave me 29-30.
Zane was during competition a 25-26, while off-season a 26-27.

So I'm not looking at any studies here. I'm just using a calculator and looking at results.
