anyone else received crazy gains in this machine?
I started with 30 kg 3x10, and today I did 70 kg 3x10
am I doing something wrong? I can't believe how easy it has become to do this exercise. It's even easier than lat pull down for me. In lat pull down I can do 65 kg 3x10.

I do crunches with cables which is supposed to be 130kg as written on machine. Bullshit.

Aren't these machines usually on one or multiple pulley systems? Isn't the law of pulleys that each turn halves the lifted weight?
