i either get half a cup of cottage cheese and mix it with a tablespoon of peanut butter and two tablespoons of honey for breakfast or just mix it with scrambled eggs and chives

I eat it straight. Some people like a shitload of pepper, some poodle like it with tomatoes or fruit. If I'm feeling fancy I'll squeeze some sriracha on it. Here's some cottage cheese based recipes.

By itself or with fruit. I've never understood how people could eat it with pepper or any kind of spicy or savory flavor. Creamy goes with sweet in my book, cottage cheese is a dessert food.
