Is there any point in getting more exposed in the cold to gain thoughness ? does it have health benefits or am I going to be trolled?
Unfortunately, as there is no such thing as thoughness, it is as a result unable to gain.
It really only makes getting used to cold easier. I wear tank tops year round and only a sweatshirt if I'm spending a significant amount of time outside. I havent had winter clothes or boots in probably 15 years, 26 now. Also been living in NH my entire life.

Bullshit.
If you are exposed to cold/heat/pain you will become more resilient as a result.

>Been 2 years in -35C Moscow

>4 months in Cyprus standing still for 3 hours in super humid -3C as a guard.
Still a supper bitch when it comes to cold. Can't get used to it. Put me in scorching hot, I don't mind. Only thing that bothers me is the sweating.
