Cutting: 1.5+ grams per lb. bodyweight
I am dyslexic, please help if my numbers are wrong. I am 69kg which is 150lbs, so i should be getting 225g of protein a day
How the fuck do i eat 225g of protein a day without exceeding my TDEE-500? I have little money. Am i doomed to not make it?
also on a lesser note what do people mean when they say "fry your CNS"?

Where are you getting 1.5 g/lb?
The sticky, Starting Strength and general rumor around weightlifting all say 1.0 g/lb.
Recent research in the last 10 years has landed on 0.8 g/lb as being a safe number with a little bonus padding worked in, for beginners all the way up to pro bodybuilders.
I feel like I've read 1.5 g/lb somewhere too but I can't remember where, and I feel like that's the minority. This is the highest recommended number I could find (ss.fitness), and even it says to calculate with your lean body mass and ignore the fat.

its in the sticky
Cutting Diet:
Calories: TDEE - 500 calories
Protein: 1.5+ grams per lb. bodyweight

I've ctrl-F'd "cutting", "protein", "1.5" and "bodyweight" and it's not there.

Central nervous system
Cns recovers slower than lets say skeletal muscles. So for example doing heavy deadlifts often during the week will impact the cns hard resulting in weak grip and shaky lifts, despite your muscles being still ready to work
