who here /exclusively go to the gym at night when there's

I work evenings and usually go after work so I end up there at midnight or 1am depending on my shift and traffic.

Plus my gym is small. It's nice to not have to wait for a cage to open up.

Mostly it's because I like to burn off all that energy before I go to bed, but it's also because I like to walk around the gym swinging my arms like a retard between sets.

i go at night, its fucking awesome because the entire place is practically empty and i get to pretend i own the place. theres also this old guy who goes and was a grey fat fuck last year, but is a fucking shredded silver fox now. hes all the motivation i need to keep going
