Making a lot of assumptions there fella,
Any progressive overload training will develop muscles, even bad for still grows muscle. Most "Chads" have been lifting and exercising regularly for years and continue to do it.
As for diet as long as they are hitting their protein requirement and cals out and cals in are roughly equal they wont get very fat and they wont lose much size. As for sleep sure they stay out late and party but if they sleep all day then their net sleep deficit is zero.

But you'll make gains. These guys have been competitive their entire lives. They might be doing dumb shit, but they do it with intensity.

They aren't like the typical /fit/ poster that has literally never done any physical activity more demanding than getting a gallon of milk out of the fridge, who then decides to go to the gym and do SL 5x5, then perpetually deloads at 115 lb squats to "work on form", then concludes that nobody reaches 1/2/3/4 without steroids or years of strict natty training.

As someone that did gymnastics the strength carry-over stayed with me.

I've had abs since I was 11.


I can still do tumbling passing and standing flips.


Intense sports at a young age stay with you. Training young is a huge benefit into adulthood and beyond.
