General advice on going fom /fat/ to /fit/?
Ive been limiting the amount of carbs I eat, running daily, and avoiding refined sugar. Im also lifting weights and taking low carb meal, high protein meal replacemens for dinner. Is it possible to burn fat AND build muscle at the same time?

Yes, when starting out its easier to put on muscle while dropping fat. Plus as a former fatty,yoir calves will be ripped as fuck. Depending on how far you are, running is going to destroy your knees. Doing cycling and swimming instead until you're at a human weight. Count calories, don't give up, and keep coming back you fat fuck.

Im at 270 right now, Have decent lifts and Im not in danger of heart disease. My calves are subpar but my qauds/hams are on another planet I have a 3 plate squat. Im worried about flatlining and being unable to lose certain fat no matter how intense my workout, that happened to my friend.

At 270, you are absolutely in danger of heart disease, dieabeetus, and every other disease associated with being a ham goblin mayo tanker. Also, running at that weight can and probably will fuck your knees so eat at a deficit while doing low impact cardio and keep lifting. And no, eating pasta or any other "bad" food will not put you back into planet status, but it could become a habit and eventually lead you back to your old fatass ways. Eat clean at a deficit, keep working out, and eventually this way of life becomes habitual and you can't imagine ever being fat again. How do I know this? Former fatty at 280lbs at my highest, 175 now.

Swimming is your best bet for cardio

I tried keto, but I ended up being too poor to enjoy the all you can eat aspect, and too hungry to cut out carbs for more than a few weeks AND have enough energy to lift.

You can eat rice and pasta and carbs and shit, but stick to one carefully measured serving. 200 calories of pasta is fine, just don't go back for seconds.

If you're really hungry and decide to, for example, turn a 500 calorie meal into a 600 calorie meal, it's fine to get some extra meat or veggies because that shit is nutrient dense and satiating. It's not as fine to add more carbs. Some carbs, as in one serving, is good, but that's really all you need or want.
