How is that my back can hurt all the time? Shouldn't the muscles become stronger over time from the same usage that causes the pain? I don't understand.
I mean, when I first got a job and had to lug shit around, my arms hurt for like a month. But after that it became easy. But my back has been mildly painful for years and never seems to improve. What the hell, /fit/?
Pic unrelated.
go see a chiro.
You have some back and posture issues that need treatment.

muscles becomes stronger and lifting becomes easier if you follow proper form. If you hit yourself with a hammer every day, nothing will happen except pain.

Aren't these guys not real doctors?

For a long time now I've suspect it's the way I sleep, but no matter what I do I can't fall asleep on my back and have to turn over on my stomach.
Fuck.

Dont see a chiro. Go to a physiotherapist
In which situations do your backpain get better and in which situations does it get worse?
See a physio
Also identify where the pain is and if any of the muscles in your back are weak (you can test all of them fairly simply)
I have really weak rhomboids which I tested for by hanging horizontally and finding out which side collapsed and how quickly
I've added in reverse flyes and they're helping. Simple stuff.

It goes away only when I squat down and basically is this dull pain the rest of time.
Gonna take your advice and find a physiotherapist though...thanks. This shit has been on for a long time and constantly makes normal shit like even getting something from the fridge awkward and painful.
