I chewed nicotine gum daily, every waking minute. It's just so easy to have another piece. This was for a few years. I lost a lot of hair, and wore my teeth down. I't also fucking expennsive over time. After a while it will probably do ntohing, so you might as well never start.

I like portion snus occasionally for the nicotine. Don't have the bad effects of dip and smokes, you don't have to spit all the time like some kind of hillbilly, and they don't come with a fedora like e-cigs. I just brush afterwards cus I don't want yellow teeth. Seriously anyone who thinks it's a good idea to pick up a cigarette and start smoking in 2016 is a fucking moron.
