Probably the wrong forum to post on, but how can I practice for basketball if my legs are shit? Literally every basketball drill requires that you be squatting, and after an hour I'm pretty much done cuz I can't get low anymore.

If you can't go low anymore after an hour, you just need to keep practicing your drills till you get better at them, shit takes time, meanwhile bring up your cardio and do high rep squats

You should play at the special olympics. You meet all of the requirements.
