Who here /pear shaped/?
my stats over the last 2 months since starting lifting (5x5 except 1x5 DL):
squat: 115 > 205
deadlift: 135 > 265
press: 55 > 80
bench: 85 > 115
is this a normal proportion? I feel close to becoming pearman. I've already had to buy new pants but my small shirts still look normal
>falling for the deadlift/squat meme
Enjoy your fucked up back and joints
Are those SI units or lbs?
If it's the former, how can you look like that while DLing 265kg and squatting 205kg, all that within 2 months?
If it's the later, it makes much more sense for a beginner, but those quads look pretty big for a squat that low.

pic not me. it's lbs though

Roating Bench/Press will cause the fabled 'T-Rex' mode and also not provide enough stimulation in either for strength.
Start doing both every session or google 'Reg Park's 5x5' that's in three stages for a real program.

Yeah you had to ask since 265kg dead and 205 squat are totally possible after 2 months of lifting, especially while looking relatively DYEL

Can someone confirm this? Should I do my OHP and Benches on the same day? Sounds like a shoulder-killer.

Jerry told me to do facepulls to stretch before OHP/BP and it worked great, all tendon aches /problems are gone
Also just in general stretch dude, stretch.

This is an american website you retarded yuropoor. 90% of the stats on this board are in poons not metric.
Christ.

Odd. The doc just told me that stretching before or after lifting is bad. Warmup is ok, he said, but you should only stretch when you're "cold", like before going to bed.
