Anybody taken D-Aspartic Acid before?

I am getting a lot of mixed info on this so I'd ask here;

>8 weeks on, 4 weeks off vs. 12 Days on, 5 days off vs. 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Which is best?
>I am going to take it 1x Red PCT, and 1x PES ERASE, and 1x Inhibit P
>Take everyday for the week or 6 days on, 1 day off?
