/fit/ I have been a 68 in, 65kg skinny fat piece of shit my entire life.
Worked out once a day for 8 months two years ago, saw significant progress than what I was before. Went through a terrible break up a year ago, haven't been to the gym since then. I want to get back but I've been making excuses. My goal weight is 74kg, I basically have chicken and rice available to me, eggs for breakfast, and then fast food. How often should I be eating? Should I take mass gainer once or twice a day? What workout plan should I be following for aesthetics?
