Hi guys. Fatty here. I work a sit down job and not sure the best way to lean up. I started doing different grip pull downs and rows. Doing about a 140 or 150 pull down close grip.
Should I just give this up and run? If I do progressively heavier weights and eat better, can I just do this all with weights? I'm 120lbs and want to be more like 175.

No, you need to cut calories and add in cardio daily, at least 45 minutes. Why are you just doing lat pulls downs and rows? How'd you start at 150lbs?

you don't need to burn a ton of calories, you moron. you need to eat less than you burn, which is not hard for a fatty. any fatty can easily cut 500kcals from his diet, especially if he burns a few hundred extra from strength training.
