Vyvanse is a version of dextroamphetamine that's bound to a lysine molecule. It's impossible to abuse because it's a prodrug that needs to be digested and it's slow release, based on how fast your body can cleave the lysine off it.

I take 30mg at 6 AM , lasts about 10-12 hours. It's most effective when I work out and get a good nights sleep. Helps me focus and get shit done.
