Depends on what ya wanna do. Kelly baggets vertical jump bible is good, also take at the speed day in Westside for skinny bastards for ideas. Obviously this is mostly for lower body stuff.

Upper body you have clapping push ups, pull ups, medicine ball throws etc.

Remember plyo's are thier own exercise. Each rep should be done well and typically you are looking at around 10x3 setsXreps. Basically don't try and jump around to the point where you are physically fatigued!!

Kelly baggets VJB is worth a read as an intro.
