If fat spot reduction is a myth, then how come the parts of your body that are continuously worked hard always have far lower fat content than other parts of your body?
For example, pinch the skin on your forearm or one the front of your leg adjacent to your shin. This skin should be extremely thin compared to the skin on say, your belly unless you have extremely low bf%.
These parts of your body with low bf% receive continuous work to the muscle, leaving little room for fat to grow. The best way to make other parts of your body like the parts of your body with low bf is to mimic their behavior. So if you want abs, do a shitload of ab work.

Fat overflow, the body is having difficulty storing fat in the normal places so it's pushing it to abnormal places.
