Today when I incline benched I was feeling it a lot in my right shoulder. I usually never feel this, but now my right shoulder feels like it took the majority of the force. First time I've had a problem. Was it my form or something else?

Maybe go lighter until it feels "just right"? I once fucked of my shoulder doing OHP and it took me out for six months. It was terrible.

i have full mobility without pain, but there is soreness and it gets worse everytime after benching

De load some weights in your workout. Ice your shoulder and put Gay Ben on it. Do it now or you'll be out of commission for a while. Most injuries are from bad form from trying to do do much weight. Take it slow and gradually at more weight as you progress.
