Unless you think it's deserving of actual medical attention, just lay off any shoulder work for a while and look up various stretches/mobility drills on youtube. Icepacks can also help.

Best to let it rest, the shoulder is pretty delicate, but now you have a better understanding of it and hopefully you wont damage it again

I got shoulder pain when I started working as a cashier (you use one arm more than the other). Take the anons' advice, you don't recover quickly from it.
