Is shadow boxing with dumbbells a meme or does it actually help with something related to boxing/fightning?
And i am not talking about some 10lbs dumbbells but more like 30-35.
Helps with endurance having a fight over multiple rounds.

It'd make more sense if the weight were on your forearms or biceps as opposed to your wrist.
Actually has a negative effect on punching because it teaches you to pull away and brake at the end of the punch instead of driving through
If you want to punch harder, work on form and get stronger triceps
