/fit/ I'm scared of becoming weaker when I cut. Can someone hold me and tell me it'll be OK
Stop cutting
Just cut slow breh and don't lift lighter weights because "wah I'm feeling like shit"
Don't let your body unadapt and it won't, you may even get slightly stronger.

wish i could tell you that
you'll lose some strength, but it's not as severe
for me, most noticeable was ohp, other lifts are stalling but not decreasing (which is somewhat good)
month ago i could manage 170 for 5
2 weeks ago i choked on final rep and had to pushpress it
today i couldn't lockout 4th (and 5th) rep so i pushpresed them and lowered the weight extremely slowl on 5th rep
i know i should lower the weight, but i'm desperately trying to maintain what i have and whenever i get under the bar, my mind tells me like "this is your ohp weight, you could do it before, you must do it now pussy"
however i did a very radical calorie restriction
i was 200 month ago
currently 191lbs, aiming for 175
how much you'll lose depends on your current stats and how much you'll cut
if you're a beginner you probably won't even stall through your cut
more advanced you get, more you'll lose
lrn from my example, friend
>Home for the holidays
>Fridge at home is fucking stocked
>Late at night, stoned, watching Netflix
>Constantly fighting the urge to go gorge myself
Hold me /fit/
