2-3 cigarettes a day isn't that bad is it? Thinking of starting as most people I know do it and it's a great way to socialise and meet girls.
Thats how it starts. 2 - 3 a day. then 5 then 10 and finally 20 a day.
I wish I had never started.

I smoked in my teens, like I only did it to be edgy and cool but after smoking for 3 weeks I stopped and never had the urge to do it again even when I had easy access to them.

I just quit smoking after 7 years of almost a pack a day. Just put it down and force yourself into a situation where you won't have it. Go backpacking or binge on video games or something to distract yourself. Good luck dude
It's not bad, no. I love smoking, it's really my only vice outside of holiday desserts.
I have no life at all outside of work and the gym. i don't eat out. I don't have a gf. My only real irl friend is 1k miles away and Ihavnet seen him in years. I'm not gonna beat myself up over the smoking thing too much.
fuck obnoxious smoking faggots

Only poor people smoke.

People who read this thinking "that won't happen to me" are wrong. Even people who only smoke socially eventually start to get that craving

That doesn't mean you're immune to nicotine addiction.
Only smoke when I'm out getting drunk/on drugs and there are others smoking. I bring my own pack for these occasions so I'm not that cunt that pinches all your darts after a few beers. One of these 25 packs will last me over a month
inb4 that's how you get hooked. Been doing this since I was 18 so 5 years now and I've managed to easily suppress the urge to smoke outside of social situations (usually by chewing gum if I really crave it).
I can't really tell if it has affected my breathing ability because I never used to exercise before i started smoking and my cardio has definitely improved since then. My blood pressure is too low though I'm not sure if smoking has contributed to that.

Nope.

this. you don't think it'll happen to you, but your brain will reconfigure itself to enjoy the experience. after ''social smoking''' for a while, you'll wake up one day and think
>it's such a nice day outside, i really want to have a cigarette and relax for a second
and that's how it starts. if smoking wasn't bad for my health i'd do it every single fucking day. tripping balls? smoke. high? smoke. just had sex? smoke. ate too much and feel bloated? top it off with a nice smoke.
