cant have super visible abs. i have them, but they dont look noticeable unless if I pose or constipate a bit. the rest of my body looks fine (imo) but I just cant get those washboard abs showing. please help

You can drop down to 3% body fat wating nothing but chicken and rice 5 times a day but w/o legs washboard wont look as good

do more isolation for abs, do some weighted crunches and even try upside down crunches, i'm two weeks in and my abs went from barely visible to lot more visible even though i still got some fat to lose

Every bodies different so there is no perfect routine unfortunately...
been at it for 4 years 2 years competitively...
won some shit nothing notable
Diet really depends on goals...
I reccomend reasearch the iifym or just talk to the most jacked dude at ur gym humility works...
