hello /fit/ today i tried Deadlift for my first time ... yeah i know.
i liked it and all and i even managed to put a bit of weight to be honest to much for someone who never did it and is a skelly so i was wondering if my form was total crap thus i was using other muscles for help, so i recorded, can i get some advices?
for wheight i had 50kg each side, i know it`s not that much but as afirst timer it felt pretty good desu familia

your form is good, unless you've been lifting/doing back/leg exercises for a while already, 120kg is pretty impressive for a first timer with decent form

usually at that time (~1h till it closes) no one is there except for me and 1 instructor so they just turn almost everything off , i`m ok with it so np

You're already lifting at an intermediate level which is very impressive. I would just work on keeping your lumbar spine straighter by keeping your neck angle neutral and not looking up, and engaging your lats a little more when you lift by squeezing your shoulders into your back pockets. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dm7ZbgjZklE
