After loosing around 100 pounds of weight (260 lbs - 160 lbs) over a timespan of 2 years, I still struggle pretty badly with excess skin. I've been hitting the gym for over a year now, and even though my muscles start to show, my skin looks as horrible as ever (mostly below the abdomen). My ass and thighs are the worst part. I feel like I didn't reach anything, because my thighs are still pretty thick (I wear pants with a width of 36 inches (L)) and my ass looks pretty bad when I'm standing up. The whole skinarea is just kinda hanging loosely. I don't know, maybe it just looks way worse to me, than it actually is. Anyway, I neither have the budget to get surgery done for this nor do I have an idea how to handle this shit, except for building muscle mass with an increased protein intake. Some ideas or even a specialized plan would be a godsend.

tl;dr: I have loose skin after loosing 100 pounds of weight and want to get rid of it. How?

So, there are no other options, that would at least reduce it a little bit? The skin's not dipping towards the ground at least. It doesn't feel like empty skin, there still some fat in there. It could also be cellulite. Don't know how to deal with that either. I guess it looks better than I make it out to be, but not achieving any improvement just infuriates me.

Not much you can do besides wait. I went from 330 > 195 and have most of it on my abdomen, some on butt. Honestly it's stopped bothering me and I've just tried to pack on as much muscle as possible. Ultimately It's probably not as bad as you think it is and at least for you ass and thighs is super easy to hide.

Progress pics included for reference. Hoping to just make my core thicc as hell to make it look a bit better.

Maybe I need the right diet and a mixture of cardio and weight training.
