how to stop being a t-rex /fit/ ?
did reg park and candito(all variations) for a year while bulkan.
started cuttang and suddenly realized I'm a t-rex.
lifts:
Squat: 100kgx6
DL: 125kgx6
Bench: 72,5kgx6
OHP: 50kgx6

i know i know guys. I didn't say big legs or big stats, just stated the imbalance in lower vs upper body.
do you have kind of an example routine i can do ?
right now im doing 2 days a week lower 2 days a week upper. should i 1 day a week lower 3 days a week upper ? maybe a chest/shoulders focused routine for a couple of months ?
Just keep lifting. Your stats aren't even that imbalanced if at all. You're just weak in every area.
As long as everything keeps moving up at whatever the fuck your pace is, then keep doing that.
For example, you're within 65 pounds of your squat with bench. Your legs are probably the weakest part of your frail body

I've been lifting for 1.5 years. My squat is about the same as yours, my deadlift and bench are higher.
I think it's time that you start modifying existing programs to fit your goals. For example, add a third bench session to the Candito program, this may also require you to change other things too in order to manage fatigue and frequency.
