I aint getting enough out of my traning because i am having a hard time eating a lot
Any tips on what to eat, something with high calories in small doses

Learn to love egg/bacon/avocado sandwiches
Skim Milk and muesli are your friend because they don't make you feel as full as fat milk and porridge.
Coconut Oil/Cream In your coffee
Try cut out sugar, aim for complex carbs.
You don't want to have it all at the same time because it's hard to get used to the bloat at first. So Make sure you set a timer on your phone and know how many cals you are behind exactly.
2500 cals per day (16 awake hours) means
156 cals per hour
Or 5 meals of 500 cals, 1 on wakeup 1 on sleep, that just means 3 in between.
That's a burger's worth of cals each meal.

Have you tried drinking a high calorie protein shake? Those are good for adding weight to your body because of how much calorie it in.
