Hi /fit/ I usually never come here and I have a question.
I read all the stickies and links and did a lot of my own research but I am retarded so please help.
Will I be able to meet all my nutritional needs with a nutritional supplement, one protein shake, and one balanced meal? It would add up to about 1500 calories a day.
A yes or no will suffice, thank you.

Maybe?

Yes, provided you're not retarded

1500 is pretty low, but you should be fine with that

I am 6'0" and 180lb and every BMI calculator I see says 2000 or so is enough to lose 1lb a week.
I work a completely sedimentary office job and probably consume more calories throughout the day via tea and coffee so I figure it will add up to 1800 or so and I will be okay.
What I really want to avoid is any malnutrition or deficit in macronutrients.

Possibly
You should run the specific calculations yourself, we don't know what you're eating

Getting used to drinking tea and coffee black will save you a lot of calories. Black tea and coffee also has no calories
