12 week begginer cycle.

1) order 3 vials of test 10ml each with 250mg/ml testosterone enanthate.
Arimidex tablets or liquid whatever.
Nolvadex , Clomid and HCG if you can get it.

2)Syringes and needles. 24 syringes with any needle and 24 needles 23-25gauge with 1" or 1 1/2" length. Extra insulin needles and extra syringes if you get HCG.

3) Pin your ass, quads or delts every Monday and Thursday with 1ml of test. Take 0.5mg Arimidex on that day too as a starting point.
Pin your belly with 250iu hcg if you get it on those days too.

Repeat for 12 weeks, then 2 weeks off then start 4 weeks of nolva + clomid at 40 mg and 50 mg every day of each (nolv+clomid) for 2 weeks. rest 2 weeks is 20mg of nolva and 25 mg of clomid.
