Ever considered getting a nosejob or other kinds of plastic surgery /fit/? I have a nose that basically has no tip, it's round and shapeless and kind of points downwards, as my gf describes it it feels "like a sponge." Studies have proven that a thin, pointed nose is considered the most attractive, and I just feel like it'd change my face so much.

I have a weak chin, so a chin implant is tempting. I feel like the hit my pride would take wouldn't be worth the looks improvement though.
