Hello /fit/ I've been having problems with my lower back atm, my form is very good, no mistakes where that's concerned, but I have thus ache pain on my lower back and I feel like I'm developing bad anterior pelvic tilt. Anyone got any ideas whats caused it

I heard weak pelvic muscles can cause that>
Try vacuum exercises and supplement back workout with trunk raises.

I had the same issue.

I did the 1/3/4 stretch in this + other normal mobility and foam rolling after back/leg workouts and it was a lot better in a few weeks.

Look at the image and think about it. Your hip flexors are tight and need to be stretched. They are pulling your pelvis downwards. And your erector spinae is stretched and weak causing the angle of the pelvis into anterior too or counternutation. Stretch your hips and do lower back strengthening like supermans and bird dogs or good morning

The erector spinae is contracted in this position, not stretched.

you sit on the couch too much and you don't have enough sex. you probably have a little dick too. guys who fuck a lot don't have this problem because they hip thrust all the time, which works out this entire hip/pelvis area. just do the beginner stretching routines found on PEgym with jelqs, and have more sex. problem solved.
also athlean-x has good information on this problem. go check him out on youtube. he's a smart guy.
t. little dick manlet that sits on the couch and doesn't have enough sex.
i've done my research already buddy, trust me.
Do planks, hip thrusts, and deadlifts. Should fix your posture

gymnastbro / coach here. i see this in a lot of students, seems very common. i think it comes from weak core muscles developed from sitting too much. We have a lot of conditioning made to correct it, the main ones are hollow body holds, planks and sometimes ab rollers. really, any anti-extension work will do the trick if you do it consistently. STRETCH too.

sounds like bullshit, but I believe it

it's the same thing as sitting at a computer desk all day. your body will get a hunched over posture if you don't use correct form.
