>What do you guys do day to day to maintain that /fit/ lifestyle?
This is a pretty big one. I'm going to break it down by greentext:
>stay hydrated with lots of water and unadulterated tea (1.5+ gallons a day)
>8 hours sleep minimum daily with a consistent sleep and wake time
>whole foods or minimally processed foods only: meat, vegetables, fruit, grains, legumes, eggs, and dairy
>stretch for half an hour
>limit booze to once a week
>vitamins and supps daily
>What do you do for hygiene and grooming
Hygiene: shower daily. Ivory body soap for face and body followed by acne soap. For hair I use dandruff shampoo every other day and conditioner daily. After my shower I use leave in conditioner for curly hair, acne gel for my face, chest, and back, and use lotion head to toe after that dries.
Grooming: use a beard trimmer for sideburns, pubes, and armpits as needed, usually every four days or so. Use a safety razor for my face as necessary, but otherwise keep perpetual stubble with the beard trimmer.
>what jobs do you have
Currently unemployed, but getting back into manual labor ASAP while I take a break from school.
>how do you dress
Depends on the weather and where I am. Here in the mountains of Arizona, I'm usually in boots, t shirts, and jeans. If it's colder then I'll have a long sleeve, long johns, snow pants, and a few sweaters and jackets. If I'm back in southern California, Ill usually be in flip flops and board shorts with a summer button up or t shirt.
>how do you improve on your social skills gains?
Talk to people.

>19 years old
>Wake up and brush my teeth, then take a multivitamin and moisturise face, then eat breakfast (oats or weetabix)
>go about my day, not working due to injury but normally I would be
>eat lunch (something proteiny and calorie dense)
>lift after work, creatine before, proton shake after (run on off days), eat proteiny calorie dense dinner
>shower, brush teeth, multivitamin
>see friends on weekends
>dress pretty basic, slim jeans, tee, trainers, jumper or hoodie if it's cold, coat if it's extra cold.
>shave face fully cos shit facial hair atm, will leave stubbly in future, shave pubes every now and then

Thanks man. I hope so too.

>hygiene
I use facewash, exfoliate three times per week with face cream. Also use hand moisturiser to prevent dry skin.
>grooming
Try to cut my hair regularly but I'm a cheap bastard so I get it done at a barber academy. Shave regularly when it looks too ratty.
>Jobs
Work twice a week as a bouncer on top of university. Night shifts fuck up my sleeping pattern though.
>Dress
Casually most of the time but I try to dress less like I'm 18 and wear sweaters, blazers with scarves when appropiate.
>Social
I network frequently for the sake of my future career, I meet loads of people at work and I'm good at dealing with the situations that come from work. Women is another thing entirely but that's more because I've lost faith in finding a girl who'd want more than sex and validation.
